How to cancel

Email info@lpcuk.uk, call 0330 059 0555 or write to London Property Compliance LTD, London, United Kingdom. Give your name, property and booking reference, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You do not have to use this form.

Refunds

Consumers normally have 14 days from entering an online or telephone service contract to cancel. If you expressly request work during that period and later cancel, a proportionate charge may apply for work supplied. If you requested early performance and acknowledged the consequence, the right to cancel ends when the service is fully performed. Refunds due are made without undue delay and within 14 days of cancellation, normally to the original payment method. If LPC cannot fulfil your booking and no alternative is agreed, your payment will be refunded. See Terms & Conditions for full details. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
