FOR LETTING AGENTS & PROPERTY MANAGERS

Many properties.
One clearer starting point.

Bring your addresses, services and access arrangements into an organised portfolio enquiry.

PROPERTY BY PROPERTY

Organise the work around your portfolio.

A portfolio can contain different property types, inspection histories and access arrangements. Start with a service schedule for each address rather than applying one identical order to every property.

Use LPC to discuss certificates, inventory reports, energy assessments and technical services through one enquiry. We will need to agree the work, price and appointment arrangements before a visit is booked.

A row of London homes

Certificate coordination

Discuss Domestic EPC, EICR and Gas Safety requirements, including existing reports and any known follow-up work. A package may suit an individual address; a portfolio quotation can take different scopes into account.

Tenancy and property records

Request an inventory report with the property details, report type and preferred timing. Identify who can approve the instructions and provide access so the required record can be planned appropriately.

Portfolio energy planning

Bring EPC records and property information together before deciding which buildings need closer review. Priorities should consider suitability, evidence and the wider improvement plan rather than a rating alone.

Repairs and technical enquiries

Provide a clear description of the issue, relevant inspection findings and the property location. Electrical, plumbing and heating work is scoped separately; inspection recommendations do not automatically authorise repairs.

A useful first brief

Tell us the number of addresses, general areas, services needed and your preferred timing. We can then discuss the right next step.

Agree access before confirming visits

Identify a responsible contact for each property and explain shared entrances, key collection and access restrictions. Do not send tenants’ personal information or door codes in the first enquiry. Once work is arranged, keep access updates attached to the appropriate booking.

Keep outcomes attached to the address

Review each report, record any further action and retain the completed documents alongside the relevant property. The customer portal supports LPC order updates, job messages and completed reports; it does not replace your own statutory record-keeping responsibilities.

Tell us about your portfolio.

Send a first enquiry. Our team will review your requirements before confirming scope, pricing or visits.

Your requirements

Please use areas or postcode districts for this first enquiry. Do not include tenant names, access codes, bank details or confidential documents. We will ask for any further property details through the appropriate booking process.

Portfolio enquiries, explained

Do you offer a fixed portfolio discount?

Portfolio pricing is quoted after the services and property details are reviewed. The published landlord packages show their own applicable prices and savings; no additional discount is assumed.

Can I request inspections across several areas?

Yes. Share your postcode districts and requirements. Coverage and appointment availability will be confirmed for the services requested.

Does submitting this form reserve appointments?

No. It sends an enquiry to the LPC team. Scope, pricing, access and appointments still need agreement.
