What your instruction covers
- The agreed gas safety check of the relevant appliances and flues by an appropriately qualified Gas Safe registered engineer.
- A record of the checks and findings for the agreed property and scope.
Separate work & possible extras
A boiler service, repairs, replacement parts and additional visits are separate unless expressly included in your quotation.
Before the visit
List all relevant gas appliances and ownership, provide the previous record and arrange normal access to appliances and relevant inspection points.
Report timing & deadlines
Report timing is confirmed for the agreed instruction. Missing evidence, access limitations or further investigation can affect completion. If you have a deadline, contact us before paying so we can confirm whether it can be met.
Preferred appointment dates are requests until confirmed. Extra work or a change to scope needs agreement before it is carried out.
